If you need to take medication at school, please have a parent or guardian complete a School Health/Medication Authorization form and bring it to me along with your medication. Medications must be in their original container.
If you have a potentially serious medical condition like asthma, severe allergies, diabetes, seizures or something else, please see me right away so we can be prepared to keep you safe at school.
The Catamount Clinic is located in the main office. My office hours are generally from 6:45AM - 2:45 PM. You can reach me by phone at (706) 876-4800 (press "3" for nurse), or by email at bliss.jones@dalton.k12.ga.us. I look forward to meeting you!
