š¦š¤ā¤ļøšOur Lions kicked off Black History Month with a school-wide assembly highlighting creativity and the beauty in its ability to link us all - regardless of how different we may look on the outside. Our speaker, Ms. Marisa Elaine, shared the inspirational story of Trombone Shorty. She emphasized the importance of community, grit, and following your dreams against all odds. Several of our Lions also shared poems, biographies, and essays about the power of creativity to bring us together.
