Dalton, GA – The Dalton Academy recently made history with the kickoff of its very first flag football game, marking the launch of the school’s inaugural girls’ flag football team. This exciting moment follows the school’s selection for the 2024 Girls Flag Football program grant from the Atlanta Falcons and the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. The grant will help fund the program and provide opportunities for students to participate in this growing sport.
Under the leadership of Coach Summer Garrison, the team has dedicated themselves to preparing for this season. This season marks a significant milestone for both the school and the community, as The Dalton Academy continues to expand athletic programs and build a strong sense of school pride.
