Dalton, GA — The Dalton Academy is proud to unveil its new school logo, a refreshed design that reflects the strength, spirit, and continued growth of both the Academy and its students.

The new logo features a bold, modern ā€œAā€ encircled by the school’s name—symbolizing achievement, ambition, and authenticity. Rooted in tradition yet designed for today, the updated look honors the Academy’s history while presenting a contemporary identity that is unmistakably Dalton.

ā€œWe wanted a design that truly represents who we are and who our students are becoming,ā€ said Jessica Ashlock, principal of The Dalton Academy. ā€œThis new logo is strong, confident, and forward-moving—just like our students. We also wanted something competitive and distinct, a logo that sets The Dalton Academy apart and reflects the pride and excellence that define our school.ā€

The logo redesign was a collaborative effort shaped by feedback from students, staff, and community members. Their voices helped capture the heart of The Dalton Academy—highlighting themes of unity, teamwork, pride, and preparation for the future. Those shared values directly inspired the final design.

This update aligns with the Academy’s mission to provide a safe, nurturing learning environment where every student can reach their full potential. It also reflects the school’s vision for rigorous, relevant, and engaging learning experiences that prepare students for success beyond graduation.

The new logo will begin appearing on school materials in January 2026, with a phased rollout throughout the spring semester. Updated uniforms, signage, and the gym floor will feature the design, with full implementation expected by graduation in May 2026.

ā€œThis isn’t about changing who we are,ā€ Ashlock added. ā€œIt’s about showing who we’ve grown to be—as a school and as a community.ā€
